<strong>Crema:</strong><br />
Se bat pe aburi galbenusurile cu 350 gr. zahar si 1 ou si 3 linguri de cacao, 100 gr de ciocolata razauita. Se amesteca pana se ingroasa si se lasa la racit dupa care se adauga 1 pachet de margarina rama pentru prajituri (sau unt).<br />
Crema se pune pe prima foaie, apoi se pune urmatoarea foaie, dupa care restul de crema si se presareaza cu nuca de cocos.</p>
