			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em><strong>Blatul roz: -</strong></em>2 oua, 1/2 praf de copt, 1 budinca de capsuni sau de fragi si 3 linguri de zahar. Continutul se toarna intr-o tava de chec cu fund rotund.</p>
<p><em><strong>Blatul galben:</strong></em> -2 oua, 1/2 praf de copt, o budinca de vanilie sau lamaie si 3 linguri de zahar. La fel ca si blatul roz se pune intr-o tava de chec.</p>
<p><em><strong>Blatul maro:</strong></em> -5 oua, 2 budinci de cacao, 1 parf de copt si 4 linguri de zahar. Compozitia se pune intr-o tava mare obisnuita, iar cand este copt, fierbinte se ruleaza in prosop de bucatarie.<span id="more-38"></span></p>
<p><em><strong>Crema:</strong></em> 300 g unt sau margarina (rama), 200 g zahar, 400 ml lapte si o budinca de vanilie. Se pune laptele la fiert si se adauga zaharul, vanilia, iar dupa racire se adauga untul frecat spuma. Crema se imparte in doua, intr-o jumatate se pune cacao sau fineti(dupa preferinta).</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de ornare:</strong></em> Blatul roz si blatul galben se taie in doua in lung si se ung cu crema maro. Se desface blatul maro si se unge cu cealalta jumatate de crema, peste care se pun celedoua blaturi(roz si galben), se invelesc cu blatul maro sub forma de rulada strans, se pun in prosop in frigider pana a doua zi, apoi se glazureaza cu glazura de ciocolata si se presara nuca de cocos. Pofta buna!</p>
